At Polish Pottery Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of your receiving date.
Damaged Product
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping; however, if you received your package and find the pottery damaged, please send us an email to [email protected] and include the following information: order number or packing slip number, full name, address, phone number, item ID or name of the broken item(s), and a picture of the broken item(s). After receiving this information, we will ship your replacement the same or the next business day.
Missing Product
If you find that the wrong item was shipped to you, please send us an email to [email protected] and include your order number or packing slip number, full name, address, phone number, the item ID or name of the item ordered, and the item ID or name of the item sent by mistake. We will then ship you the correct item and email you a prepaid return shipping label to ship the wrong item back to us.
Product Exchange
For a product exchange request not due to damage during shipping ("product exchange"), such as when you change your mind about a product you ordered and want a different item, we reserve our right to require you to return the original product to us at your expense. We will also assess standard delivery charges for the new shipment, if applicable. We cannot issue product exchanges for products that have been used, that are not in good and resalable condition in their original packaging, or that were otherwise designated by us as nonreturnable.
Product Return
For a refund request not due to damage during shipping (“refund”), such as when you change your mind about a product and want a refund on that product, we will not refund to you our standard delivery charges that you paid on your original order. We will only refund the price you paid for the applicable product and any taxes directly assessed on that product, as shown on your original sales receipt. We reserve our right to require you to first return the product to us at your expense before we issue you a refund. We cannot issue refunds on products that have been used, that are not in good and resalable condition in their original packaging, or that are otherwise designated by us as nonreturnable.
If you do not have your original sales receipt, we reserve our right to refuse to honor your product exchange or refund request. Upon further review by Polish Pottery Market of your circumstances in these situations, and in our sole discretion if the conditions of this return policy are otherwise satisfied, we may provide you with a gift certificate in lieu of a product exchange or refund.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, and Polish Pottery Market is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you return an item you purchased with a gift certificate from Polish Pottery Market, we will place the applicable refund back on the gift certificate (less any applicable delivery charges and taxes) and in accordance with our return policy.
