This 12 oz mug is hand-painted in Boleslawiec, Poland, by skilled artisans at Zaklady Ceramiczne - one of the region's most respected stoneware manufacturers. The 165a pattern is a traditional Boleslawiec design featuring the studio's classic cobalt dot-and-flower sponge-stamp arrangement on a white ground. Each piece is crafted from natural white stoneware clay unique to the Boleslawiec region, fired twice for exceptional durability, and finished with a lead- and cadmium-free glaze. No two pieces are identical - slight variations in brushwork are a mark of authentic handcraft, not imperfection.
