Handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland, this butter dish is decorated in the Floral Butterfly Unikat pattern (149 Art). As part of the Unikat line, it is decorated with more elaborate hand-painted detail than the factory's traditional patterns, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
The covered dish keeps a stick of butter protected on the table or in the fridge. It holds 1 ¾ cups / 14 oz, measures 5 ¾" long by 4" wide and stands 4" (with lid) tall.
Each piece carries the factory stamp on the base. The lead- and cadmium-free stoneware is dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe for everyday use.
It makes a thoughtful gift for Polish pottery collectors. Browse other Floral Butterfly Unikat pattern pieces or our full range of butter dishes to build a coordinated set.
