Damaged Product
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping; however, if you received your package and find the pottery damaged, please send us an email to [email protected] and include the following information: order number or packing slip number, full name, address, phone number, item ID or name of the broken item(s), and a picture of the broken item(s). After receiving this information, we will ship your replacement the same or the next business day.
Missing Product
If you find that the wrong item was shipped to you, please send us an email to [email protected] and include your order number or packing slip number, full name, address, phone number, the item ID or name of the item ordered, and the item ID or name of the item sent by mistake. We will then ship you the correct item and email you a prepaid return shipping label to ship the wrong item back to us.
Product Exchange
For a product exchange request not due to damage during shipping ("product exchange"), such as when you change your mind about a product you ordered and want a different item, we reserve our right to require you to return the original product to us at your expense. We will also assess standard delivery charges for the new shipment, if applicable. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, and Polish Pottery Market is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you return an item you purchased with a gift certificate from Polish Pottery Market, we will place the applicable refund back on the gift certificate (less any applicable delivery charges and taxes) and in accordance with our return policy.
