Handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland, this egg cup is decorated in the Blue Serenity Swirls pattern (1073a). The design is applied by hand with small sponge stamps and brushwork, so each piece varies slightly and no two are exactly alike.
It holds a soft-boiled egg upright for breakfast, and it's a traditional part of a Polish breakfast table. The egg cup measures 2" across and stands 2" tall.
