Polka Dot 42
Polka Dot 42 is Boleslawiec at its plainest: evenly spaced white dots, each with a pin-point of navy at the center, stamped over a solid cobalt ground, with a wide plain cream rim and nothing else. The dots are actually the same peacock-eye stamp reduced to its core, which is why 42 sits so naturally beside Peacock 56 and Floral Peacock 166a.
Because there is no border and no second color, it mixes with every other pattern in the range and is the usual choice for serving pieces, mixing bowls, and bakeware that will sit on a table set in something busier. Every piece is hand-stamped at Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec, fired under a clear glaze, and safe for the dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer.
