Core an apple, add a little water, cinnamon, and brown sugar, cover with the lid, and bake about 40 minutes. Enjoy the timeless beauty and quality of authentic Boleslawiec pottery.
Handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland, this apple baker is decorated in the Regal Bouquet Unikat pattern (148 Art). As part of the Unikat line, it is decorated with more elaborate hand-painted detail than the factory's traditional patterns, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
The lidded shape bakes a single stuffed apple or pear and works as a small covered dish for sauces or sides. The apple baker holds 1 ¾ cups / 14 oz, measures 5" across and stands 4 ½" tall.
Like all Zaklady Boleslawiec pottery, it is fired at high temperature into durable, lead- and cadmium-free stoneware that is dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe.
It is an easy gift for housewarmings, weddings, and Polish pottery collectors. Browse other Regal Bouquet Unikat pattern pieces or our full range of apple bakers to build a coordinated set.
