Handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland, this bowl is decorated in the Peacock pattern (56). The "peacock eye" motif is one of the oldest and most recognizable Boleslawiec designs, stamped by hand so the placement and color depth vary slightly from piece to piece.
It's sized for breakfast cereal, a scoop of ice cream, or a side dish. The bowl holds 18 oz, measures 5 3/8" across and stands 2 7/8" tall.
The factory stamp on the base marks it as authentic Boleslawiec stoneware. It is lead- and cadmium-free and safe for the dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer.
It is an easy gift for housewarmings, weddings, and Polish pottery collectors. Browse other Peacock pattern pieces or our full range of 5 3/8" cereal bowls to build a coordinated set.
