Decorated in the Floral Peacock pattern (166a), this serving board comes from the Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec factory in Bolesławiec, Poland. The design is applied by hand with small sponge stamps and brushwork, so each piece varies slightly and no two are exactly alike.
Set out cheese, charcuterie, bread, or appetizers, and hang it by the handle as kitchen decor between uses. It measures 17 ¾" long by 10" wide.
The stoneware is dense and durable with a lead- and cadmium-free glaze, and the factory stamp on the base marks it as authentic Boleslawiec pottery.
