Add a whimsical, functional touch to your table with this handcrafted Polish Pottery Cheese Lady featuring the beautiful Floral Garden Unikat pattern, made by Zaklady Boleslawiec in Boleslawiec, Poland. The domed figural cover sits over the saucer to store and present a wedge or block of cheese, and lifts off for slicing, making it both a conversation piece and a practical way to keep cheese at the table. Durable, dishwasher-safe Polish stoneware. Enjoy the timeless beauty and quality of authentic Boleslawiec pottery.
Decorated in the Floral Garden Unikat pattern (312 Art), this cheese lady comes from the Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec factory in Bolesławiec, Poland. As part of the Unikat line, it is decorated with more elaborate hand-painted detail than the factory's traditional patterns, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
It's a charming figural piece from the Boleslawiec tradition, as much at home on a kitchen shelf as on the table. It stands 7 ½" tall.
The factory stamp marks it as authentic Boleslawiec stoneware, made in the same Polish workshop as our dinnerware.
