Handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland, this appetizer plate is decorated in the Cornflower CloudScape pattern (1219a). The design is applied by hand with small sponge stamps and brushwork, so each piece varies slightly and no two are exactly alike.
Small plates like this get used constantly: snacks, desserts, bread, or a spoon rest by the stove. This piece measures 6 ½" across.
The factory stamp on the base marks it as authentic Boleslawiec stoneware. It is lead- and cadmium-free and safe for the dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer.
It is a welcome gift for anyone who collects Polish pottery, and pairs well with our 6.5" appetizer plates and saucers.
