This hen-shaped covered baker in the Floral Garden Unikat pattern (312 Art) is handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland. As part of the Unikat line, it is decorated with more elaborate hand-painted detail than the factory's traditional patterns, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
The hen-shaped cover makes it a conversation piece at Easter brunch or on a farmhouse table, and it doubles as a covered baker. It measures 12 ¾" long by 8 ¼" wide and stands 9" tall.
The factory stamp on the base marks it as authentic Boleslawiec stoneware. It is lead- and cadmium-free and safe for the dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer.
It is an easy gift for housewarmings, weddings, and Polish pottery collectors. Browse other Floral Garden Unikat pattern pieces or our full range of chicken serving platters to build a coordinated set.
