This hen-shaped covered baker in the Floral Peacock Fiesta pattern (912) is handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland. The design is applied by hand with small sponge stamps and brushwork, so each piece varies slightly and no two are exactly alike.
The hen-shaped cover makes it a conversation piece at Easter brunch or on a farmhouse table, and it doubles as a covered baker. It measures 12 ¾" long by 8 ¼" wide and stands 9" tall.
