Decorated in the Blue Blossom pattern (1154a), this honey pot with dipper comes from the Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec factory in Bolesławiec, Poland. The design is applied by hand with small sponge stamps and brushwork, so each piece varies slightly and no two are exactly alike.
The lid has a slot for the dipper, so honey stays covered and ready for tea or toast. This piece holds 18 oz and stands 7 ½" tall.
The stoneware is dense and durable with a lead- and cadmium-free glaze, and the factory stamp on the base marks it as authentic Boleslawiec pottery.
