Decorated in the Mosaic Flower pattern (du60), this pie and quiche dish comes from the Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec factory in Bolesławiec, Poland. Every motif is stamped and painted by hand, the traditional Boleslawiec technique, so small variations make each piece one of a kind.
Stoneware bakes evenly for a well-browned crust, and the dish goes straight from oven to table. The pie and quiche dish holds 32 oz, measures 10 ½" across and stands 1 ½" tall.
