Handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland, this vase is decorated in the Peacock pattern (56). The "peacock eye" motif is one of the oldest and most recognizable Boleslawiec designs, stamped by hand so the placement and color depth vary slightly from piece to piece.
Fill it with garden flowers or dried stems, or leave it empty as a decorative piece on a shelf or mantel. It measures 5 ½" across and stands 7 ½" tall.
The factory stamp marks it as authentic Boleslawiec stoneware, made in the same Polish workshop as our dinnerware.
