This corn cob dish in the Blue Blossom pattern (1154a) is handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland. Every motif is stamped and painted by hand, the traditional Boleslawiec technique, so small variations make each piece one of a kind.
The long, narrow shape holds an ear of buttered corn at summer cookouts, and doubles as a small dish for pickles or butter. This piece measures 8 ¾" long by 2 ¾" wide and stands 1.4" tall.
Each piece carries the factory stamp on the base. The lead- and cadmium-free stoneware is dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer safe for everyday use.
It is a welcome gift for anyone who collects Polish pottery, and pairs well with our corn-on-the-cob dishes.
