Handmade by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec in Bolesławiec, Poland, this corn cob dish is decorated in the Star Flower pattern (221a). Every motif is stamped and painted by hand, the traditional Boleslawiec technique, so small variations make each piece one of a kind.
The long, narrow shape holds an ear of buttered corn at summer cookouts, and doubles as a small dish for pickles or butter. This piece measures 8 ¾" long by 2 ¾" wide and stands 1.4" tall.
The factory stamp on the base marks it as authentic Boleslawiec stoneware. It is lead- and cadmium-free and safe for the dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer.
