Decorated in the Floral Peacock pattern (166a), this pie and quiche dish comes from the Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec factory in Bolesławiec, Poland. The design is applied by hand with small sponge stamps and brushwork, so each piece varies slightly and no two are exactly alike.
Stoneware bakes evenly for a well-browned crust, and the dish goes straight from oven to table. The pie and quiche dish measures 9" across.
