Decorated in the Peacock pattern (56), this pasta bowl comes from the Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec factory in Bolesławiec, Poland. The "peacock eye" motif is one of the oldest and most recognizable Boleslawiec designs, stamped by hand so the placement and color depth vary slightly from piece to piece.
It's wide enough for a full serving of pasta and deep enough for soup or stew. It holds 16 oz, measures 9 ½" across and stands 1 ½" tall.
